Skiing is a major pastime in Manali.Glide down the Himalayas on Skies or do the new trendy sport – Snowboarding. Facilities for skiing are available at Solang Nallah (January-March) and Rohtang Pass (during summer). Special ropeway is being made by himachal government to give special privelage for tourists who come from throughout the world for ski in solang valley.  After ascending the snow capped mountains by Helicopter, experienced Skiers and Snowboarders have a thrilling ride, down to the deep valleys.the altitudes at which we ski vary depending on group fitness and ability, the interests of the group and the snow and weather conditions.As the interest of tourists are being great seen in ski there you can look around for good hotels and reasturants also.
